Fireside Lodge 403 is a studio unit situated right in the heart of the main village with extremely easy access to ski-in/ski-out, and is a great affordable option for a couple, a small family, or even a solo traveler. Allowing in lots of natural sunlight, nature’s alarm clock will make sure you make the most of your holiday and you’ll have a great home-away-from-home to come back to!
This home can sleep up to 4, with a queen bed and a queen sofabed, and has it’s own private balcony with a view of Mt. Morrisey.
Fireside Lodge is located at the top of the main village which provides easy and convenient access to the best restaurants and shopping Sun Peaks has to offer, not to mention the ski-in/ski-out access to the main lifts! It’s just a short walk down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts, or if the conditions are good you can pop on your skis or board right from the door of the building.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the start of COVID-19, the Fireside Lodge building management has not made the shared hot tub available and it is currently closed until further notice.
The restaurants featured on the ground level of this building are Powder Hounds, and 5-Forty Café.
Right across from the building is the Play Area which in the summer has a picnic table, cornhole (AKA beanbag toss), table tennis, a giant chess set/checkerboard and occasionally giant Connect-4. Take a look and see which game of the day interests you most!
If you exit from the top of the village you can follow the valley trail over to the Sports Complex, which features tennis courts, a soccer field and children’s playground, and will be home to the brand new ice skating rink.
Fireside Lodge is located centrally in the main village, so from the village-side entrance of the building you can put on your gear and ski/board right down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts!
From the top of Sundance, use Rambler to get on Gentle Giant and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge which will bring you out just across the street from Fireside Lodge.
Alternatively, any run that will end below the Sundance Express chairlift is just a short walk back to Fireside Lodge.
