This ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom plus loft classic Canadian log cabin is tucked into the woods above Snow Creek Lodge. Whether you’re one or two families or a group of friends, you have found the perfect place that will sleep up to 8!

he main level has an open concept, hardwood floors, a cozy living room with natural gas fireplace, a dining room table with benches and chairs and a kitchen that begs you to cook to your heart’s content! Above the kitchen is the loft overlooking the living room. There is a privacy screen, a comfy queen sized bed, a clawfoot bath tub and a small bathroom. leading out from this floor is also an expansive deck with an outdoor dining space perfect for entertaining during the warmer months!

The lower level has a Double bed in the one bedroom and 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds in the second bedroom. This floor is also where the main bathroom with shower is located and where you access the private hot tub and bbq. Staying in one of these very sought after Snow Creek Cabins, you will also have access to the heated outdoor pool at Snow Creek Lodge….you’d best book now…where else would you rather be??

Currency All rates are quoted and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD$). Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice and reservations are based on availability. Minimum Age Requirements: The minimum age requirement for 3+ bedroom units is 30 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age requirement for 1- or 2-bedroom units is 25 years of age. Guests may be denied check-in if they do not meet the minimum age policy. Minimum Nights & Blackout Dates: Minimum nights stay may be required as set by the Company at different times of the year. Timberline Lodges and Snow Creek Lodges will have a 2-night minimum all year. All Resort Homes and Cabins will have a 3-night minimum all year. The Company will set blackout dates at various times of the year where certain minimum nights stay will come into effect. For the 2020-2021 year, the Company’s blackout dates will be as follows and will apply to any reservation during these dates: December 18, 2020 – January 2, 2021: 5 nights minimum stay in ALL properties February 10, 2021 – February 20, 2021: 4 nights minimum stay in ALL properties Payment and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rent plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The outstanding balance of your stay is automatically charged 60 or 30 days prior to your arrival depending on check in date: NON-Refundable Deposit required if reservation date is MORE than 60 days NON-Refundable Deposit required if reservation date is LESS than 60 days NON-Refundable Deposit required if reservation date is MORE than 30 days NON-Refundable Payment required if reservation date is LESS than 30 days Winter Accommodation (1st December – 30th April) 30% 100% 100% 100% Summer Accommodation (1st May – 30th November) 30% 30% 30% 100% A one-time reservation fee of $25.00 plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and applied to the first night of each booking per property. Fernie Lodging Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or bank transfers. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Reservations cancelled by guest will incur a cancellation fee per property where all payments that have already been processed will be forfeited as per table above. The company will confirm cancellations in writing. There will be no refunds if a guest does not arrive on the confirmed arrival date. Pre-Authorization of Credit Cards Guests will be required to provide a photo ID and sign a damage waiver prior to receiving keys/access to each reserved property. Fernie Lodging Company will process a pre-authorization of up to $1500.00 depending on reserved property on a valid credit card at check-in. Guest(s) will either be required to sign a credit card authorization slip for the security deposit or enter their personal PIN for CHIP enabled credit cards. Cheques or cash will not be accepted. The Manager may capture part or all the security deposit to cover costs for excess cleaning, property damage, missing inventory, and noise violations imposed the strata. Extra Person Charges Rates are based on the designated number of guests for the property. All properties can accommodate at least one baby cot for infants. If the property you have rented has King split beds, please indicate on the Pre-Arrival Form if you wish the bed to be made as one King or two twins. Guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of a property. The maximum occupancy is shown and is noted on each property description page. Tax In the event of tax alterations by a government agency, Fernie Lodging Company reserves the absolute right to collect the revised tax without prior notice. Equipment Rental Additional equipment such as highchairs or cribs are available for rent. Such equipment must be reserved. Delivery and pick-up charges will apply. Please ask the reservation agent for more information regarding fees at time of booking. Garbage and Recycling Each complex has designated waste disposal area. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove the garbage and place in bear proof bins. Guest Pre-Arrival Forms Fernie Lodging Company must receive completed pre-arrival forms with requested configurations, the number of people staying in the property and the expected time of arrival a minimum of 15 days prior to the arrival date, or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Hot Tubs Fernie Lodging Company ensures that all private hot tubs are maintained regularly. Guests use hot tubs at their own risk. The management company for the complex maintains communal hot tubs. If you experience any problems, please call our office. Occasionally, hot tubs may need to be shut down for maintenance. Such maintenance is unavoidable and is to protect the health of users. Fernie Lodging Company will not reimburse or give compensation to guest in the event of such maintenance closures Housekeeping Your property will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. For guests staying 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid stay clean and linen change will be schedule. Additional housekeeping services, including daily maid service, can be arranged for an additional fee and subject to availability. Internet and Telephones Wireless Internet access and all local telephone calls are free. Liability Disclaimer Prices for accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice and reservations, without notice. The information, products and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In the event that accommodation or packages are listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or other error in pricing information, Fernie Lodging Company Inc. expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, Fernie Lodging Company will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or Fernie Lodging Company will cancel your pending reservation without penalty. Fernie Lodging Company will not refund and is not liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature to guests resulting from events beyond the Company’s control. Examples include, but are not limited to, weather conditions or acts of nature, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, and flight delays. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Limit of Liability The booking guest and all members of the said guest’s party (the “Guests”) agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that oy any invitees. The Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. Neither the Property Owner or the Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the guest hereby waive any and all such liability. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to guests of these exclusionary terms and conditions. Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and Fernie Lodging Company, for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. Should the property become uninhabitable or unavailable, Manager reserves the right to substitute another property for the one which has been booked, with every attempt made to provide a property or properties of similar or better quality. A confirmed reservation transmitted by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these terms and the email notice is deemed to have been read and agreed to the foregoing and to have irrevocably authorized to irrevocably authorized Fernie Lodging Company accordingly. Multiple Properties Please note that all properties are privately-owned and are equipped to the individual owner’s taste and requirements. Groups renting more than one property must ensure that that the inventory stays in the property. A restocking charge will be deducted from the security deposit if items have been moved to other properties. Non-smoking All properties are non-smoking. Fernie Lodging Company asks that you respect this rule for the safety and comfort of all guests. A $500.00 additional housekeeping fee will be automatically imposed to your credit card for any violation. Parking Every unit has assigned parking. Most properties accommodate parking for only one or two vehicles. Please ensure that you are parked in the correct stall assigned to your unit. Parking elsewhere may lead to your vehicle being towed at your own expense. If someone has incorrectly occupied your assigned stall, please use a Visitor stall and contact our office immediately. Please note that all complexes or homes are privately owned and managed and Fernie Lodging Company cannot guarantee that your car will not be towed if parking procedures are not followed. Pets Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly properties. A $45.00 plus fee per pet will be applied to cover additional cleaning costs. Fernie Lodging Company asks that you leave your pets at home as they will be refused entry to a non-designated property. There will be a $500 fine, charged to the credit card on file, for any pets or evidence of pets found in non-designated pet-friendly units. Towels Adequate quantities of towels will be provided by the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels I available, upon request and additional cost. Groups Bookings of two or more units will be under a separate Group Booking policy. Please request a copy of this policy.
