Our vision is to bring a distinctive boutique experience to a few special visitors who will call this home during their stay in Sun Peaks.

Chef’s kitchen: Happily situated between a stylish dining room and a gorgeous living room, the kitchen completes a whole floor dedicated to expansive open-plan entertaining. With its beautiful granite work tops and stylish bar stools at the centre island, it is perfect for sipping champagne and re-living the days’ exploits.

Spacious dining room: Seat three generations around the oversized 10 seating table to enjoy a hearty home cooked dinner while watching the light begin to fade over the snow-covered slopes outside the picture windows.

Beautifully appointed living room: Sink into the plush seating around the cosy fire and take in the enchanting scenery outside through the floor to ceiling living room windows . Though the crackling fire and snowflakes are captivating enough, our guests can also enjoy TV, movies, music and more on the high-end quality home entertainment system or enjoy a board game or tackle a puzzle while you sip a glass of port or mulled wine.

When sleep calls:
The Master: Escape to the sanctuary of a heavenly king bed with an exquisite soft throw to snuggle under and drift off to sleep. Wake up with tea/coffee served in fine china cups on a tray specially selected to compliment the room. Guests can also enjoy all that is offered on the quality entertainment system in the Master Suite.

Guest Bedroom 1: Restoration Hardware delight! This beautifully crafted suite beckons, providing an oasis of calm to stretch out and let sleep wash over you. Wake up to coffee/tea served with a sparkle.

Guest Bedroom 2: Thoughtfully designed to suit your needs, this elegant suite has two XL twin beds with the hallmark luxury mattresses found in all three bedrooms. This spacious private retreat has all the same thoughtful touches to invoke a wonderful nights’ rest and greet you in the morning fully refreshed.

The Fabulous Flex-room: Far from being the least favourite sleeping option, this space with its’ quality queen sized, memory foam sofa bed/ hide-a-bed, high-end entertainment system, private full bathroom, walk in robe and heated flooring is sure to delight. It boasts the same thoughtful extras as the three main bedrooms with silky throws to snuggle into and carefully selected coffee/tea service options.

Freshen up:
Three and a half fully appointed bathrooms, should leave no-one waiting in line.

Master en-suite: Discerning guests are treated to a beautifully appointed space with cosy heated floors, a spacious walk-in shower, double basins and a free-standing bath with glorious private views.

Family Bathroom: Enjoy a leisurely bath or a hot shower in this well-appointed four-piece bathroom with its’ thoughtful extras including quality hairdryer, dedicated cosmetics drawer and cosy heated floors.

Flex room private bathroom: Another space perfectly designed with walk-in shower, granite counter top, plenty of storage space and heated floors.

Guest WC: Perfectly positioned on the main living floor.

Our fabulous ski shop awaits: As an extra treat, slip on your warm, dry ski gear delivered with love from our custom designed ski shop with its’ boot and glove warmers and fabulous heated cupboard with plenty of space for jackets, pants and helmets.

Relax away the cares of the day: With ample seating for all our guests, soak tired limbs in our award-winning hot tub while taking in the breath-taking views.

Snuggly robes and slippers: Slip on your complimentary slippers and wrap yourself in a plush robe – dreaming about what tomorrow holds in store.

Location Highlights:

Village Walk is one of the newest luxury townhouse developments in Sun Peaks. These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking forestry and a creek.

Located just a short walk from the main village by passing Kookaburra Lodge, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts.

This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children’s playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink.

The next closest locations are the Kookaburra Lodge to the side, and Timberline just across the street.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler. Get on the Gentle Giant run and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge. Simply cross the street to enter the complex.

To ski-out, it’s a short walk past Kookaburra Lodge to the top of the village, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts (pending weather conditions).

Upon receipt of a booking for an arrival date more than 45 days in advance, a deposit will be taken equal to the first nights rate plus taxes plus the booking fee or 25% of the total price, whichever is greater. If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee ($39.00) will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 45 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
